The studio works with clients who want to get clear and stay clear, and its process begins with a consultation before a first acne treatment or before starting the Face Reality home care program.

Clients are taught how certain foods, ingredients in makeup and hair products, some medications and everyday lifestyle habits may relate to breakouts. Each person receives a home care routine tailored to their skin type, acne type and sensitivity level. An acne facial is recommended every two weeks until the skin is clear, and the business says most clients get clear within three to four months.

The treatment menu goes beyond standard facials. Acne facials come in standard and deluxe versions, and there are back, chest and face acne treatments that can be combined. Other options include a medium-depth chemical peel, microchanneling, dermaplaning, anti-aging and brightening facials, a reiki facial, and add-ons such as LED, oxygen infusion and gua sha. Brow shaping and tinting, lash lifting and tinting, and a range of waxing services are also offered.

Clients who live far away can book a virtual acne consultation, which includes a customized skincare regimen, and products can be shipped anywhere in the United States. InSpirit Touch, a therapeutic massage and body work practice, operates from inside the studio.
