The studio describes itself as results-driven and centered on progressive acne care and long-term skin health. It calls its services exceptional skincare with transparent pricing, and says prices reflect the time, expertise and care in each treatment.

Facials are built around the client. The Level 1 Custom Facial can include aromatherapy, a double cleanse, dermaplaning, enzymatic exfoliation, microcurrent, extractions, a mask, LED and facial massage. The Level 2 Corrective Facial includes a thorough consultation and is designed for repeat clients. The Level 3 Advanced Facial, also for repeat clients, uses liquid microneedling, which involves no needles. That treatment uses fresh water spicules to address texture, tone, active acne, fine lines, wrinkles and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The Mama To Be Facial is suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding and combines aromatherapy, a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions, a mask, LED and a sculpting massage.

Virtual skin coaching runs for 90 days and starts with a 45-minute virtual consultation. Clients receive a customized Face Reality routine, 15-minute check-ins every two weeks, progress photo tracking and routine adjustments along the way. New coaching clients pay a $25 deposit. The package includes six treatments and a complimentary Advanced Acne Med for $900, which the studio lists as a saving of $179 over booking services individually. During the package, clients get 15% off other services and retail products. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page.

Good to know before booking: the studio does not take gratuities, and all services carry a 2.6% processing fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their start time cannot be seen. The studio is open Thursday and Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Monday through Wednesday. Skincare for virtual coaching can be shipped or picked up locally, and skincare products are sold separately from the coaching program.
