Leilani founded the studio as an alternative to high-volume spas. The studio is designed to feel calm and unhurried, and each facial is customized to the client's skin. The studio states it hopes to make skin wellness more accessible over time.

Facials range from the 30-minute Lux Facial, which opens with a cleanse and gentle exfoliation before one modality is chosen for the client's concerns, to the 60-minute Golden Hour Facial, which adds a custom modality, a face-to-hands massage and a scalp massage, with hot stone or ice globe therapy chosen for each client. The 90-minute Evening Dusk Facial includes an enzyme exfoliation, warm-hand and hot stone massage, dry brushing and paraffin masks. A 120-minute New Moon Facial is also on the menu.

The Acne Treatment Facial takes 40 to 90 minutes and is offered for mild to severe acne. It combines extractions, chemical peels, high frequency, ultrasonic treatment and barrier-building products. Estheticians may refer clients with acne or other skin conditions to a dermatologist and can work alongside prescription acne medication.

Brow services include fragrance-free hard and soft waxing designed for sensitive skin, threading as an alternative to waxing, a hybrid tint that temporarily stains the skin while dyeing the brow hairs, and lamination that can be paired with a tint. Brow waxing and threading are considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, while tinting and lamination are not recommended then. Facials can be made pregnancy-safe, and clients should tell the studio if they are pregnant or breastfeeding. Most estheticians do not wax the face for clients on blood thinners, prescription retinoids or prescription acne medication, and threading is suggested instead.

Appointments are currently offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, with start times that vary by day from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. No deposit is required, and clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. For evening visits after 7:00 pm, the door unlocks 15 minutes before the appointment and locks 15 minutes after; if it is locked on arrival, clients can text the studio. To find it, enter the office park from Sam Bass Road, turn left, and look for Building 510 and the Linda's Beauty Bar sign.

A permanent makeup artist at Linda's Beauty Bar offers microblading and powder brows. The studio stocks its most popular products, many of which contain no preservatives. Other items can be ordered through Instagram, by text or during an appointment, with shipping paid by the client for home delivery; items in the biweekly client order can be picked up at the studio with free shipping. Each month the studio offers ten donation-based 30-minute facials, and interested clients can contact the studio directly.
