Facials are built around each client, and every facial ends with a customized mask and finishing products. Treatments use NuSkin, which the business describes as science-based with customizable formulas for all skin types, along with Dermalogica, which the business describes as dermatologist-approved.
The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Basic Facial to a 90-minute Everything Facial. In between, a 45-minute Deep Facial adds steam and extractions, 50-minute Microdermabrasion and Dermaplaning facials add exfoliating or hair-removal steps, and one-hour Acne and Anti-aging facials add a high-frequency wand with blue or red LED light. The Everything Facial combines a micro peel, microdermabrasion, LED, a hand mask, a choice of scalp ritual or shoulder massage, and a Gua Sha finish.
The Chemical Peel is a 30-minute treatment aimed at texture, tone and clarity. Facial massage and face masks are not included during that visit.
Most add-ons can be added to any service, except LED Light Therapy, which is not offered with the Acne or Anti-aging facial. Microdermabrasion and dermaplaning are not recommended in the same session, and the Micropeel should not be combined with dermaplaning.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service cost, and no-shows without prior notice are charged 100% to the card on file. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened, an extra $20 applies to appointments on the esthetician's day off, and all sales are final. Payment is taken by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Cash through iMessage, cash or check; the business prefers not to take cards because the Square app adds a 3.5% fee.
Treatments are tailored to each client's skin, using customizable NuSkin and Dermalogica products.
