The 30 minute facial is a customized visit covering skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation and finishing products. The 60 minute facial adds extractions and a mask, and the salon describes it as its most popular facial. The 75 minute version adds extended facial massage and or neck and shoulder massage. The Clear Complexions Signature Facial runs 75 to 90 minutes, depending on skin condition and needs, and includes a deep cleanse, either dermaplaning or microdermabrasion chosen for the skin, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, a custom HydroJelly mask, and treatment serums with barrier-supporting products. Several services are designed to be added to any facial, including chemical peels for existing clients, Celluma LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and the signature enzyme treatment. Peel enhancer serums can be layered into a chemical peel. Combination visits pair dermaplaning with an enzyme treatment or a customized peel, and an extractions visit can include LED therapy with an optional peel. A teen facial for clients up to 18 focuses on clearing acne, prevention and home care advice.

Skin consultations are one-on-one sessions of 30 to 45 minutes. They review a current routine and goals, then produce a treatment and or home-care plan. They can be in person or virtual, and products a client already owns can be used. Facials and treatments use serums and products chosen for each client's skin, so the products vary from person to person. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead are free; later changes carry a 25% fee of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full service price.

Treatments are customized and aimed at long-term skin health, built on education rather than quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions.
