Visits range from a quick returning-client trim to longer sessions. Cuts can include a detox or hydrating focus, scalp and hair treatments, a scalp massage, a spa mist and a waterfall rinse, followed by styling and drying. Longer appointments are available for very long or high-density hair.

Color options cover gray coverage with custom single process color or a base touch-up with gloss, root touch-ups and shade maintenance, toning, and several levels of highlighting. The most involved service is an all-day session for major blonding, dramatic changes or corrective work, which includes a customized haircut. Color services for returning clients require a consultation first.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Cancellations and date changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and cancellations should be made online rather than by text, email or social media. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged 50% of the service amount and the $50 deposit is forfeited. The salon closes during a level 2 snow emergency or higher and reschedules affected appointments.

Wedding-day styling is offered on-site or in the studio, tailored to natural texture. Bridal preview appointments and travel fees are priced separately, and wedding date availability is requested by email.

Each client is worked with one-on-one, with appointments designed around natural curl texture, lifestyle and preferred style, aiming for a home routine the client can recreate.
