New clients can start with a 30-minute in-person consultation for $50, which covers homecare recommendations, a future treatment plan and lifestyle changes. Virtual consultations by Zoom are available to clients located within the U.S., and current clients can book a 45-minute skin check-in.

The menu includes facials ranging from a customized treatment to a Dermaplane Pro blade session, a HydroFacial, and combination facials that pair dermaplaning, HydroFacial and chemical peels. Peel options include an acne chemical peel, a facereality acne peel built on three levels of superficial peels, a Green Peel, a Glass Skin RDS peel and a SkinBetter science peel with no downtime. Clients are advised to use sunscreen before a chemical peel, and acne clients should choose an acne peel rather than the standard chemical peel. The facereality acne peel requires a Facereality home routine beforehand, and the SkinBetter science peel requires commitment to aftercare before booking.

Booking requires a card on file, which is charged only at the end of an appointment if the client chooses to pay that way. Changes or cancellations are free until 48 hours before the appointment; cancelling within 48 hours returns a credit of 50 percent of the service total, and a missed appointment without notice is charged in full. After three consecutive reschedules of the same appointment, a client cannot book again.

Clients receive personalized plans that combine in-office treatments, advanced skincare and ongoing support, with the aim of feeling at ease in their natural skin.
