Online booking is available at any time through the salon's booking link. New guests need a valid credit card to hold a reservation. Color corrections and fashion color begin with an in-salon consultation and a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the appointment. A consultation is also recommended before a first smoothing treatment. Clients with long or thick hair should mention it when booking so extra time can be added, and clients who are unsure what they need can call to speak with a stylist first. Services over $350 may require prepayment. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice for appointments booked Tuesday through Friday and 72 hours' notice for Saturday or Sunday appointments, and bookings with Claude need 96 hours' notice. A late change carries a non-refundable 50% charge on the card used to hold the reservation, and no-call no-shows are charged in full.

The salon carries Aveda and L'Oreal color, though L'Oreal color is not available with every stylist, so clients should request it when booking. It also sells Aveda and Kerastase retail products. Payment is accepted in cash and major credit cards; card payments carry a 3.75% charge on the total, while cash does not. Tips can be given in cash, through Venmo to the service provider, or on card for providers who accept card gratuities.

Consultations come first for color correction, fashion color and a first smoothing treatment, and clients are invited to bring hair inspiration photos. The team continues its education to keep up with trends and refine its craft.
