Lash work makes up much of the menu, from classic and fairy extensions to hybrid and volume sets, along with UV-cured full sets that the business says can last up to six weeks with proper aftercare. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and mascara. Fills on UV sets are priced by how many weeks have passed since the last visit, at three, four or five weeks.

Brow services include waxing, a softer classic tint or a bolder hybrid tint, henna or airbrush tint paired with a wax, and lamination, which chemically straightens and lifts brow hairs over a longer appointment.

Hair services center on K-Tip and butterfly weft extensions. Anyone considering a hair install can book a free 15-minute virtual consult with video and photos, sent in advance. Full K-Tip installs require a $500 non-refundable deposit to lock in the rate and must be scheduled within 30 days. Model butterfly weft bookings use a non-refundable deposit paid in two parts, with the service fee paid at the appointment. A portfolio caption says a silk press was done by Thee Silk Effect, a separate business located inside the salon.

Payment and cancellation terms are set in advance. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A 50% fee applies to same-day cancellations, and a 20% fee applies to cancellations made within 48 hours. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.

Work is organized around lash and brow services, with hair extensions planned through a virtual consult and deposit before the appointment.
