Blonding is offered as two sessions. The Luxe session is priced by the hour at $225 and usually runs three to five hours. It suits a first visit or full highlights and transformation looks on long or thick hair. The Signature session is a two-hour appointment starting at $430, for partial highlights, maintaining lived-in color, or base color with face-framing highlights. Base color is a 1.5-hour session starting at $330, covering root coverage and gloss or all-over color with gloss. Gloss and tone can be added to a haircut or blow-dry for $65 and is suggested every four to six weeks. A haircut is a 60-minute appointment at $225.

Extensions are hand-tied, with a volume install at $400 to $1,300 and a volume-and-length install at $1,600 to $2,600. Reinstalls every six to ten weeks are $350 for volume and $550 for volume and length. Pricing depends on the look wanted and is settled at the color-match appointment. New extension clients complete an application first, then meet in person for a consultation covering color match and length. Custom clip-ins and tape-ins are available for event hair, with pricing not listed. In-studio updo, half-up and event styling is a 60-minute service at $250.

Appointments include water, specialty drinks, Nespresso, snacks and wifi. Bookings are usually made eight to twelve weeks ahead, and a waitlist is available. Haircut changes need 24 hours' notice to cancel, and color and extension services need 48 hours. Arriving more than 15 minutes late or missing an appointment may require rebooking, and a fee of up to 100 percent may be charged to the card on file. Services are not refundable, but problems with color, cut or extensions reported within seven days qualify for a free adjustment. Extension hair is non-refundable, and hair products can be refunded or exchanged within two weeks of purchase.

For beauty professionals, the consulting side offers a three-week VIP client communication and systems overhaul starting at $2,200, and monthly support packages starting at $875 (Elevated) or $550 (Signature) with a three-month minimum. Hair School 2.0 is a self-paced online course at $97 for new stylists, cosmetology students and stylists moving to a new location, with access granted right after purchase.
