Cutting menu runs from a quick bang trim to a children's haircut, a men's scissor cut, a standard haircut with wash and blowout, and a longer curly haircut that includes styling or diffusing. Curly hair also has its own options: a natural curly hair styling appointment that teaches washing and styling habits, and a curly hair education visit that combines a curly cut with guidance on styling and product choices.

Color services include root touch-ups for grey coverage or regrowth, toner and gloss, single process all-over color, face-framing highlights, partial and full highlights, and partial and full head balayage. Color correction is available for clients with previous color who want an overall change. Hair extensions are installed by hand-tying, and the studio also offers a Brazilian blowout, a keratin complex, and a Magic Sleek smoothing service.

Hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 3 PM to 9 PM, Friday from 3 PM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Hair and extension consultations are free and take 15 minutes. Clients are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible if they cannot make an appointment so it can be rescheduled. Gift cards come in amounts of $60, $100, $200, $300, or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
