The spa approaches skincare with intention rather than trends, aiming for healthy skin over the long term. Each facial is built around the individual, combining professional techniques, selected ingredients and hands-on massage. The spa says its treatments rely on science-backed ingredients and proven methods.

The menu covers body waxing, brow and lash work, a range of facials, microneedling and skin tag removal. Chemical peels use Lactic, Glycolic, Salicylic and Jessner solutions, and include a botanical peel that uses a natural sea sponge and a peel designed for pigmentation concerns, particularly in skin of color.

Bookings are made online, and consultations can be arranged by email or text. Business hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday by appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours' notice, late cancellations and no-shows require full payment before rebooking, and same-day changes may carry a $30 fee. Payment is accepted by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, but not personal checks. Refunds are not given for services, products or deposits.

Gift certificates are available. They are non-refundable and non-transferable, valid for services only, and expire 12 months from purchase. Children need childcare arranged before appointments, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout, and guests are asked to silence phones during treatments. The spa states it never sells, rents or shares client information.
