Several services are the salon's signature work. Permanent smoothing, permanent straightening and cold smoothing treatments use Pro-Keratin technology, and the cold smoothing process requires no heat tools. The 3D curl treatment is heat-free and uses the same Pro-Keratin technology. The Classic Calico custom design is a longer color service, starting at $300 and taking about three hours. Hand-tied extensions are installed with a braidless sew-in method that uses beads, and hair wefts are not included in the installation price.
Booking policies are detailed. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead avoid a fee, while later cancellations are charged 50 percent of the scheduled services and cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full scheduled time. Deposits are required for some services and are applied to the total at checkout, but they are non-refundable. Clients more than 15 minutes late are asked to rebook and pay a 50 percent deposit. Color and haircut adjustments are free within 7 days if the client has not changed their mind about the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Booking means agreeing to these policies and authorizing the card on file to cover cancellation, no-show or late fees.
