The menu is grouped into color, consultations, cuts, styling and treatments. Color options are single color without foils for regrowth retouches, toners and glazes, dimensional color with foil highlights, and a grey coverage option that combines roots, highlights, lowlights and toning. Color prices include toners, conditioning treatments and a haircut when needed, and a color visit can also be booked without a haircut for $50 less. Cuts range from a quick dry shaping trim for existing clients to a personalized one-hour haircut with styling. Blowdries include a scalp wash and conditioning massage, and a scalp treatment with a blend of oils can be paired with a blowdry afterward.

Color appointments require a $50 deposit at booking, which comes off the total on the day. Deposits are refunded for cancellations made 24 or more hours ahead. Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late have their appointment cancelled, and clients who are not satisfied need to say so on the day or within 48 hours. Corrective services are free if requested within 10 days of the appointment, though they are not offered when the client changed their mind or someone else altered the work. The salon states that all of its hair waste is donated to environmental cleanup through Matter of Trust.

The salon does not offer short fade cuts, full bleach outs, vivid colors, keratin treatments or extensions, but it can refer clients for those. The salon accepts debit cards, credit cards and Venmo, and cash is preferred. Appointments are booked online through the scheduling page.
