Every appointment is with Maggie herself rather than a junior stylist or assistant. Women's cuts are designed around each client's face, hair and daily routine, and men's cuts are customized to hair type, face shape and personal style, including classic and modern scissor cuts. Walk-ins are welcome for men's haircuts.

The salon offers balayage and foil highlights in face framing, partial and full versions, along with several single process and demi permanent color options, corrective color by consultation, and a Brazilian Blowout keratin treatment. Appointments can be booked by phone, through the website or in person. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 3:00pm, and is closed Mondays and Sundays.
