Sugaring is the studio's main focus. It is a hair removal method that uses a paste of sugar, water and lemon juice, applied against the direction of hair growth and pulled off quickly. The business describes sugaring as a gentle, natural option with fewer ingrown hairs. Hair should be about a quarter to half an inch long for a sugaring appointment, and it can be trimmed beforehand if needed. Areas range from the lip and chin to the full leg, back, and bikini, and a large patch is any area about the size of a hand or bigger.

Facials cover a range of goals. The Citron Signature Facial is customized for all skin types and includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, a massage and masks, and it is offered as a first treatment for new clients. The Clarifying Facial is aimed at acne and uses topical probiotics, acne-fighting peptides, salicylic acid, extractions, high frequency and massage. The Citron Dermaplane Facial, which the business describes as certified by DermaplanePro, adds dermaplaning, an enzyme treatment or peel and an oxygen dome treatment to a 90-minute visit. A shorter Express Dermaplane Refresh runs 45 minutes.

Brow and lash services include brow tinting, brow design, brow lamination, lash tinting and lash lifts. A lash lift temporarily lifts and curls natural lashes for six to eight weeks, and lash tint is included with every lash lift according to the booking page. Packages combine brow and lash tinting with brow design at a lower total price.

Booking is by appointment. Appointments are guaranteed with a valid credit card, and changes need 24 hours' notice; cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead can be charged the full booked amount. Clients on certain medications are asked to check with their physician before sugaring. Retinoids should be stopped three months before sugaring, and listed antibiotics and other acne medications one month before. The studio is open Fridays from 12 to 7 pm, and the site lists Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays as closed. Metered street parking and lots are nearby on Ballard Ave, and free parking is listed on Shilshole Ave.

The studio combines sugaring for hair removal with skin treatments and brow and lash work, with the aim of leaving clients feeling polished and at ease.
