Work centers on lived-in blonding, custom depth color, volumizing extensions and texturizing cuts. Color is planned around each client's hair goals and daily routine. New clients complete an in-person or digital consultation before their first appointment. Requests are reviewed in the order received, with responses usually taking 48 to 72 hours. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice; a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service applies if that window is missed, and must be paid before booking again. Clients running 15 minutes or more late are rescheduled, with the same 50% fee.

The studio uses Mr. Smith, an all-natural Australian haircare line, exclusively in the space, and Tonik from Cult + King, a Utah all-natural line, for dry or irritated scalps. Clients can also shop online for a selection of L'Oreal, K18, Olaplex and other haircare, styling and tools. Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair and avoid temporary root coverage spray before a grey coverage service. Tools, surfaces and capes are disinfected between clients.
