Citrine Blow Bar began with a single chair and was founded by Jojo Sanchez, who now serves as managing partner and lead stylist. The business is built around blowouts, styling and extensions rather than full-service salon care.
Visits are by appointment only, with no walk-ins and no waiting area, so a chair is ready when a client arrives. The studio is open every day from 9AM to 6PM. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, late cancellations or no-shows may carry a fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling.
Essential Blowouts include a cleanse, blow dry and a smooth everyday finish. Signature Blowouts add a full cleanse and scalp massage, followed by a custom style in sleek, bouncy, beachy or voluminous looks. Luxury extensions are customized to color, length and lifestyle after a consultation, and a deposit equal to the hair's cost is due once it is matched, before installation is scheduled. Updo and event styling starts at $85 and requires a trial, and $25 of that trial fee is applied to the event appointment.
