Nail services cover enhancements, natural nail care and pedicures, and gel polish is included in pedicures and all nail services. Nail pricing depends on how many nails are done and how much art detail is requested, and custom sets are priced individually. The salon does not fill sets done at other salons, since product compatibility cannot be verified. It fills polygel, structured gel and hard gel sets only, and gel manicures or Apres Gel-X sets need a soak-off added to the booking.

Brow and skin services include hard and soft wax brow sculpting, a hybrid brow stain that lasts about one to two weeks, and semi-permanent ombre powder brows that last one to three years. Ombre microshading begins with a free 15-minute phone consultation. Permanent makeup clients who have had prior permanent makeup in the area are asked to disclose it, and are asked to avoid coffee and alcohol for 24 hours and Botox, AHA products and retinoids for two weeks beforehand. Body waxing is also offered, and hair should be at least a quarter inch long for best results.

Booking changes made 48 or more hours ahead are free, with one reschedule per appointment included. Later changes carry a percentage of the remaining balance, and no-shows owe the full balance. Clients can reach the salon by text, which is the preferred contact method.
