A 35-minute consultation comes first for many clients who want guidance: it sets up an at-home routine and suggests products that fit the client's budget. Men's skin, pre-teen and teen acne, and sensitive skin each have a dedicated option.
The studio aims to be a safe, comfortable room where clients can relax and speak openly without feeling judged, and it tells clients that what is shared in the treatment room stays there. A client review posted on the site calls the work the best and says the founder puts her whole heart into it.
Hours are Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 1 to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, with Sunday, Monday and Tuesday closed. Deposits are required for every booking and are non-refundable, though they count toward the appointment unless it is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice. A text reminder goes out 72 hours ahead. No-shows and same-day cancellations or reschedules are charged the full service and lose the deposit, while one reschedule within a week of the original date keeps it. A declined card on file blocks booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.
Waxing covers the face, brows, lips, arms, underarms, chest, back, stomach, legs, feet, hands, bikini and Brazilian areas. Bikini and Brazilian services are priced separately for new clients and returning clients, with the lowest returning price applying within 5 weeks of the last wax. The Brazilian and Full Butt combination is available only to returning clients.
The studio aims to help clients feel comfortable and at ease with their skin, with a focus on individual skin needs and a judgment-free setting.
The setting is meant to feel safe and comfortable, a place to unwind and talk openly.
