Hours are Wednesday and Thursday from noon to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 9 PM, with the studio closed Sunday through Tuesday. Free parking is available, and the phone number is (973) 548-0570.

The waxing menu covers Brazilian waxes, including a first-time price for clients booking their first Brazilian and a separate price for teens. It also includes full-body waxing, bikini and leg services, arm, back and facial waxing, and smaller areas such as underarms and hands. Teen Brazilian waxes need a parent or legal guardian and a signed waiver before the appointment. Nipple waxing is limited to clients 18 and older, and standalone underarm waxing is only available to active members.

Vagacials are a core service. The Pretty Kitty Intimate Skincare Illuminating Vagacial uses LED light therapy and focuses on discoloration and hyperpigmentation. A version without waxing targets ingrown hairs, blackheads and razor bumps. Both versions exfoliate, cleanse pores and hydrate, and they can be booked between waxes about every two weeks. Member pricing applies to both.

Massage is offered by Chelena Nonon. Aurachay Signature massage sessions of 60, 90 or 120 minutes begin with a 15-minute private infrared sauna. Deep tissue and sports massage is offered in 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions. Maternity massage is available in the second and third trimesters, not the first, in 60 and 90-minute sessions, with every third maternity massage $40 off. A standalone 20-minute infrared sauna session is also available.

Booking policies ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes, and later changes forfeit the deposit. Appointment reminders are sent 72 and 25 hours ahead. There is a 10-minute grace period for all services, and arriving after it results in rescheduling and forfeiture of the deposit. Clients running late should call or text. No-shows are charged the full total of services booked. Gift certificates are available for hair removal, lashes and brows, massage and spa, and skin care. The studio is not listed as kid friendly.
