The shop is in Suite 123, Room 134 at 12751 W Bell Rd in Surprise. It is closed on Mondays, open Tuesday from 2 to 6 PM, open Wednesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, and open Friday through Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Clients who are running late or need to cancel are asked to text or call (623) 363-9532. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are also offered.

Children's services are a large part of the menu. A First Haircut for boys and girls costs $30 and takes about 40 minutes, and includes a keepsake certificate and a lock of the child's hair. Cuts for boys and girls under 13 start at $15 and $20, with several boys' styles and a buzz cut with one or two lengths all the way around. Bang trims for little girls start at $15. The portfolio shows examples including buzz cuts, long layers, medium fades, comb overs and braids.

Carries forward a family tradition of patient, careful cutting and friendly conversation, with each client treated as part of the family.
