The services are grouped into five zones: skin treatments, waxing, bridal packages, brow and lash tinting, and makeup. Before any service, clients complete a consent form and a contraindications check, along with a skin consultation form, which can be filled out in person if needed.

Facials range from the Lunar Glow express treatment, which includes an ultrasonic cleanse, mask, massage and aromatherapy, to the Chrysalis Signature facial, which focuses on hydration and glow and includes SPF. The corrective facial is aimed at acne, wrinkles and fine lines, using targeted micro treatments and LED. The Dew Drop facials use hydrodermabrasion and HydroInfusion, and the deluxe version adds microinfusion.

For smaller surface concerns, the Skin Sheek spot treatments address age spots and broken capillaries. The single-spot version takes about ten minutes and the multispot version about thirty, using high-frequency radio waves. Both are described as having little to no downtime, and custom aftercare products are sent home.

Bridal packages pair a signature facial with a corrective facial, and the bridal booking can be made with or without a trial. A trial reserves the date with half the bridal price. Each package includes a custom mini facial for the bride and can glam up to six people, with mini facials available for other guests. The Glam Corner offers a soft glam makeup service after a consultation, as well as a one-on-one makeup tutorial with a custom face chart.

Treatments are described as plant-focused and holistic, aimed at soothing, restoring and refreshing the skin.
