The salon names its Color & Haircut service, a two-hour all-over permanent or semi-permanent color with a customized cut, as its most popular offering. Color services range from single-process color and blow-dries to partial and full highlights, with haircuts added to many of them. Touch-ups apply color to outgrown roots to reach the chosen shade.

Haircuts are customized to the client's style and preferences, and styling options include blowouts and a flat-curling iron finish. Chemical services include express and full keratin relaxer treatments, a standalone keratin relaxer that the salon says conditions, relaxes and reduces frizz for up to four months, and perms. Conditioning treatments are also offered.

Extensions are attached close to the scalp by weaving, braiding or bonding, using real or synthetic hair. Extension work begins with a consultation, since pricing is set at that visit, and an extension appointment takes about three hours. Removal and touch-ups are also available.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 7pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 9am to 4pm. Bookings can be made through the salon's website or its Vagaro page, and the website also has an online store for products.
