Facials are at the center of the menu, and they feature custom-blended peels and masks. The Customized Facial begins with a skin analysis and skin type identification, then moves to recommended treatments and products, and its price varies. The Glow Facial is $150 and combines deep pore cleansing and steaming with facial massage, an exfoliating scrub, extractions, and clay and hydrating gel masks. The CCHIN Facial is a deep pore cleansing facial with extractions, priced at $150 with $50 for each additional area. The site says it includes the CCHIN technique for skin tags, fungus and excess sebaceous oil. A glycolic peel or a collagen eye treatment can be added to any facial for $48 and $24.

The laser menu includes ELASER IPL, which the site lists for mild sun damage, liver spots, freckles, age spots, small blood vessels, acne inflammation, mild redness, rosacea, fine lines, broken capillaries and melasma. IPL is priced per session at $680 for the face, $480 for the neck and $1,300 for the chest. ELASER hair reduction is described as painless, without skin irritation, and faster on large areas, with prices by body area from $75 for ears and lips to $550 for the back. A laser treatment for firming, acne scars, and sun damage or pigmentation is $980. Body waxing covers the arms, legs, underarms, stomach, back, chest, chin, lip, eyebrow, bikini, Brazilian and combination areas.

Visits come with a few house rules. Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early, and late arrivals receive a shortened treatment at full price. Phones should be silent, and noise kept low. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and later cancellations or no-shows are charged 100 percent. A credit card number is required to confirm bookings, and valuables should be left at home, as the spa accepts no responsibility for lost money or valuables. Treatments should be booked in advance, and the site says the appointment book is filled months ahead. The spa also sells its own skincare line, which launched in spring 2005.

Treatments start with a skin analysis and are built around a recommended routine, with regular facials encouraged. Clients are advised to cleanse, tone and moisturize daily and to avoid picking, poking or popping the skin.
