Hours are Monday from 5:30 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM. The salon is closed Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Several services list how long they take, such as about 60 minutes for a women's cut, about 90 minutes for a wash and blowdry with extensions, and about 135 minutes for extensions.
Booking terms are set out clearly. A Brazilian blowout requires a $75 deposit at booking. Cancellations made 24 or more hours ahead are not charged, cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
