The business was built around lash and brow services. Mary Lee ran it for more than 20 years before retiring and passing it to Jasmine Liu. Facials and peels have since been added to the lash menu.

Brow services include shaping by waxing, threading, or tweezing, with a free makeup lesson included, and a brow tint and shape for a more defined look. Eyelash extensions are applied to every usable natural lash in a full set, and refills are scheduled every three to four weeks as new growth comes in. The extensions are offered with XTREME LASHES.

The facial menu runs from hydrating and deep cleansing treatments to a men's facial, microdermabrasion, and a range of lifting and collagen-focused options. Peels include an anti-aging peel.
