The color menu runs from a mini highlight or tone shift up to full balayage, full highlights and a global creative color transformation for clients changing their look from top to bottom. Appointment lengths range from about 1 hour 20 minutes for a mini highlight to about 6 hours for the largest transformation. Times and prices are averages based on how long appointments usually take.

Reschedules and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and later changes carry a fee based on the time and price of the booked service. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late are not accepted and are charged a cancellation fee. Clients who have been away for more than 8 weeks are asked to book All Over Color rather than a root retouch.

Thursday hours are 10:30 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 10:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Services are organized by color, haircut, styling and treatment, with each appointment's time and price set by the work involved.
