The studio operates out of the owner's home, a bungalow next to Forest Hill Park in Richmond, with parking directly in front of the house. Visits are built around the individual client rather than a single routine applied to everyone, and the owner aims to build lasting relationships with the people who come in.

Chris's Curated Facial is the studio's core service. Modalities are chosen during each session and may include sculptural massage, gua sha, lymphatic drainage, dermaplaning, masks and a scalp ritual, with an optional 15-minute brow add-on. The Restorative Massage Facial is a shorter version centered on massage of the face, neck, shoulders and scalp, and runs 75 minutes.

The Curated Advanced Facial is a corrective treatment aimed at acne, hyperpigmentation, laxity, texture and wrinkles. It combines dermaplaning, ultrasonic work, microchanneling, microcurrent, LED therapy and oxygen infusion, and is offered at 60, 75 or 90 minutes. The Rezenerate facial pairs dermaplaning with a pen that infuses exosomes and finishes with LED therapy.

Peels are a large part of the menu, including PCA Acne, Pigment Control, Sensi and Ultra Peel 1, Le Mieux Mandelic Peel, a Micropeel and fully customized PCA peels. Customized peels are priced by depth and number of layers and reviewed at a consultation. PRX Derm Perfexion is a gel-based treatment that is not a peel or injectable and involves no downtime; it is offered as a single session, a touch-up or a series.

Booking and policy details: clients can pay with cash, checks, Venmo or major credit cards. Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase, and eGift cards are sold in $50, $100, $150, $200 or custom amounts. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the booked service. Retinol and exfoliating acids should be stopped 7 to 10 days before a peel, and 12 to 14 days before PRX Derm Perfexion. Organic products are available on request during a session.

Treatments are curated to each client's skin, and the owner favors steady, consistent care over trends or harsh quick fixes.
