About

ChillRx started as a cryotherapy business and has since added medical aesthetics and wellness treatments. The business describes its mission as helping clients feel better, move better and live better through recovery-focused services.

Treatments are organized into Medical, Essential, Face, Body, Anti-Aging, Face and Skin, Membership and Package menus. The business says its treatments are designed and supervised by qualified medical professionals, that its medical team selects the menu, and that it builds each client's plan around their physiology and goals. It also says its wellness services can support chronic discomfort, athletic performance and self-care.

A whole body cryotherapy session lasts about three minutes in a walk-in chamber. Staff supervise each session, and clients can step out at any time. Men wear shorts or underwear, women wear shorts with a sports bra or underwear, and gloves, socks and slippers are provided. Clients need to be completely dry and free of jewelry before entering. First-time visitors are advised to begin with whole body cryotherapy. Infrared sauna sessions run 40 minutes with near, mid and far infrared plus chromotherapy.

ChillSkin is a face and neck treatment using the Pagani Cryo T-Shock device, taking about 45 minutes; face and neck sessions run about 30 minutes.

Listed prices include $49 for a single treatment, $20 for a first whole body cryotherapy session, $16 for infrared sauna, $249 for ChillSkin, and $99 for the first month of the compounded weight-loss program. Core Monthly Passes are 31-day passes with a three-month minimum and autopay, and are non-refundable after 30 days. Treatment packages do not expire, and the site lists payment plans. Bookings are made directly with the nearest studio through a Book a Consultation button on each location page. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and clients are advised to consult a physician before starting any therapy.

Personalized plans built around each client's physiology and goals, with treatments designed and supervised by medical professionals, according to the business.

The business describes its locations as clean, modern and welcoming.
