Whole body cryotherapy takes place in a CRYO Arctic cryochamber. The site says sessions last no more than 3 minutes and that clients breathe cold air, with nitrogen used only as a cooling medium that does not touch the body. Cryotechnicians are said to stay in visual and verbal contact throughout. Local cryotherapy treats a targeted area for 3 to 5 minutes, and CryoFacial applies chilled air vapor to the face, neck, chest and or scalp; the two can be combined. No doctor's note is needed for cryotherapy, and wraps and robes are provided so clients can come in their own clothing.

ChillSlim is a manually applied treatment for localized fat and cellulite on areas such as the abdomen, thighs, back, arms, neck and love handles, run on a Pagani Cryo T-Shock machine. Each visit is listed as 60 minutes, booked as 90 minutes to allow for paperwork and aftercare, and includes whole body cryotherapy, a 10-minute vibration session and a 30-minute compression session.
