The menu is broad. Natural nails care runs from express manicures and pedicures up through premium, deluxe and royal levels, with specialty versions built around collagen, charcoal, jelly, organic, almond, CBD, herbal and 24K golden products. Gel polish and nail enhancements, including Gel X, dip powder, acrylic and hard gel sets, are priced separately. Add-ons such as nail design, broken nail repair, hand and foot massage, paraffin and callus treatment are also offered, and the salon provides prices for additional services on request.

Pedicures use a disposable jet liner, and the salon says each client receives a new one so basins are not shared. It also says it has newest pedicure chair technology. Reusable tools are washed with antibacterial soap after each use, disinfected with a phenol-based product, then rinsed, dried and stored in a covered cabinet, and tools that cannot be disinfected are discarded. According to the salon, manicure and pedicure tools are sterilized in medical-grade autoclaves, and linens are laundered in hot water with fragrance-free detergent in commercial machines.

Every service is guaranteed. If a client is not satisfied, the service is redone the same day. Refunds are not given. Clients should tell their nail technician about any medical conditions before a service. The salon is not responsible for allergic reactions or burning from wax for clients who are using medication or acne creams, and it reserves the right to decline service.

The salon hosts parties such as bridal showers, birthday celebrations, bachelorette parties, corporate events and get-togethers. Bookings are made by phone or through the online form, and party hosts receive complimentary cake, finger food, drinks and snacks. A sign-up list sends promotions and birthday gifts by email.
