New clients start with a visit that includes a consultation, a skin analysis, a custom facial and skincare recommendations. Returning clients can book Esthetician's Choice, where the esthetician selects a treatment after analyzing the skin. Clients who live elsewhere can book a virtual consultation, which includes a detailed skin review and a home care plan shipped to them.

Acne work is a core focus. The Luna Acne Program combines chemical peels, professional extractions, Celluma LED light, high frequency and enzymes, and it requires biweekly treatments for three to six months, with ninety days encouraged. Products for the program are bought separately, and most full routines average $175 to $300. The Acne Detox, at $195 and about an hour and five minutes, gives extra time to extractions and pore clearing.

Visit policies: extra guests are not allowed in the studio unless they are also receiving a service. Clients who are a no-call, no-show are excluded from all future appointments. A virtual consultation fee is due 24 hours before the appointment or the appointment is canceled. Chemical peels and microchanneling are not done on first visits. No refunds, returns or store credit are offered for services or products, and products that leave the building cannot be returned to it.
