Stylists are grouped into three levels, L1 to L3, and the level affects what a service costs, so the same service is priced differently depending on who performs it. The CLS Signature Blowout, for example, is $50 at Level 1, $75 at Level 2 and $105 as a hair service. Jay is the owner and Irene is a co-owner, and both work as Level 3 stylists.

Blowouts are a large part of the menu. The CLS Signature Blowout includes a head massage and a shampoo and conditioner chosen for the hair, and it runs 45 minutes at Levels 1 and 2 and an hour at Level 3. Thermal iron styling is not part of that service. Blowout Club Silver and Blowout Club Gold are monthly subscriptions for four blowouts a month, booked weekly, and only Gold includes thermal iron styling.

Color work ranges from single process color and root retouches to glosses, highlights and balayage. Gloss is a demi-permanent color added to a blonding service and lasts six to eight weeks with proper home care. Highlight and balayage services include a toner and blow-dry, and extra color may be charged at $10 per bowl. Specialty color, such as babylights, ombré, highlights with lowlights, bleach and tone, platinum and vivids, is booked by the hour and requires a phone call; online requests should include a detailed note on the result wanted. A free 20-minute color consultation is offered, and Touch-Up Club is a monthly subscription for new growth every four weeks.

Beyond color and blowouts, the salon offers hair extensions, cuts for women, men, children and teens, military and first responder cuts, and a range of treatments. Those include K18, keratin and Brazilian Blowout smoothing, scalp and shine treatments, and a Malibu swimmers treatment that removes chlorine and mineral buildup. Children's and teens' haircut prices vary, so the salon asks clients to call. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or adjust services, and changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee.
