Every visit starts with a personalized consultation to assess the skin and shape the treatment. Clients book by request form, through the online booking platform, or through the studio's app. Lymphatic drainage massage is included with every facial, and the studio asks clients to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and to avoid harsh exfoliants and retinoids for 24 to 48 hours beforehand.

Signature offerings include the Chicago Facial, a non-invasive treatment that places customized fiber patches on targeted areas of the face, and Chicago Face Remodeling, a six-step session that combines lymphatic drainage, microcurrent, ultrasound infusion, LED light, thermal lifting and a cryo finish. The Vampire Facial pairs microneedling with platelet-rich plasma made from a small blood sample taken from the client. The studio also offers Biologique Recherche products and treatments, and European Facials that use products from Europe which the studio describes as exclusive.
