Treatments are built around each client's goals. A visit typically opens with a conversation about what the client hopes to achieve, followed by a recommended treatment and maintenance plan. Endermologie and Endosphères sessions are aimed at the appearance of cellulite and skin texture, with Endosphères also supporting lymphatic function, while Cryoskin and Emsculpt are aimed at toning, contours and muscle definition. None of these involve surgery or needles, and most clients have little or no downtime.

Post-weight-loss body maintenance uses personalized Endermologie and Endosphères plans. Hot and cold body wraps focus on relaxation, skin appearance and maintenance; the wraps are temporary and are not a weight-loss treatment. Customized facials and peels, from oxygen and microdermabrasion to dermaplaning and PRX-T33, round out the menu, and facials and peels may cause temporary sensitivity.

The studio suits people exploring body contouring for the first time, since the complimentary 30-minute consultation carries no obligation to book. Clients are asked to share their health history before booking, because some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with certain health conditions, or with certain implanted devices.
