Hair extensions are a central focus. Extension and hair replacement consultations cost $60 to $85 and usually take about 45 minutes, covering trying on options and pricing for the system, installation and maintenance schedule. Consultations can be held in person, by FaceTime, or by texting photos to the owner's cell phone.

Non-surgical hair replacement and hair loss solutions serve men and women. Initial installations and maintenance visits include a scalp spa with an aromatherapy wrap, scalp massage and a hot towel, and clients receive a complimentary checkup within 10 days of installation.

Color services cover corrective color, custom color transformations, dimensional brunette gloss and toners, gray coverage and blending, root touch-ups and root shadow, and longevity color for redheads including coppers and violets. The salon uses Alfaparf Milano Professional color and offers no-ammonia and organic options. It states it offers over 800 color combinations. Treatments include Lasio Keratin, no-formaldehyde or traditional straightening, Italian stem cell hair treatments and scalp spas, with a Fume Vac overhead during keratin services.
