The Andover studio is at 63 Park Street, Unit 204, open Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm (978-996-3563). The Danvers location at 50 Ferncroft Road is listed inside the DoubleTree Hotel, with Sunday hours of 10 am to 5:30 pm (978-996-9915). Danvers also runs a membership program with discounted massage rates for members, and gift cards can be bought online. A credit card is required to secure an appointment on any booking site. Cash payment gets $10 off any massage of 60 minutes or more, excluding add-ons. A 20% gratuity is added to all package bookings, and parties of four or more booking a package must pay a 50% deposit to hold the reservation.

Massage is the largest part of the menu, with Swedish, deep tissue, Thai therapeutic and meridian, Thai herbal ball compression, ashiatsu, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, sports, prenatal and couples sessions. Swedish massage runs from 30 to 90 minutes, starting at $80, and deep tissue from 30 to 120 minutes, starting at $85. Hot stone or cold stone, aromatherapy and cupping can be added. The facial menu includes the Chhaya Signature Facial in 50 or 80 minute sessions, the Chhaya Intensive Rehydration Facial (which combines facial sculpting massage, lymphatic drainage, Gua Sha and LED light therapy), a dermaplaning facial, a chemical peel, a back facial, a teen facial for ages 13 to 18 and a 30 minute express facial. The teen facial requires a parental consent form; guests aged 13 to 15 need a parent or guardian in the treatment room for the whole facial, while guests aged 16 to 18 may be left alone for it if the parent and teen are both comfortable. The Chhaya Body Wrap is not available to people with acute pain or who are pregnant, and several medical conditions call for a doctor's consultation first.

Waxing covers face, body, bikini and Brazilian work, and lash and brow services include brow shaping and tinting, lash tinting and lash lifting. Ten named spa packages, P1 through P10, pair a facial, massage, body scrub, dry brush wrap or infrared sauna wrap in a single visit, with prices from $195 to $360. The Danvers location says its therapists use premium natural products in treatments.
