Corrective treatments begin with a mandatory consultation costing $95, and that fee is credited toward an eligible treatment or program bought within 30 days. The consultation fee itself is nonrefundable. Maintenance facials can be booked without a consultation. Custom packages are put together after the consultation and come with an itemized plan that shows treatment prices and savings.
New clients booking the New Client Skin Reset, a first-visit facial that includes a skin assessment and a plan for future care, are not charged both the consultation fee and the first-visit facial fee. Intake and treatment consent forms are completed through DocuSign, and the site does not collect or store completed forms or health information. Written home care routines are provided for microneedling, Ultra Glo and BioRePeel, and product choices and restart dates are confirmed before treatment.
Affirm payment plans are available for eligible purchases, and gift cards can be ordered by phone.
