Weddings take place in three waterfront ballrooms: Beach House Ballroom for 140 to 230 guests, Sunset Ballroom for 160 to 310 guests, and Tavern Ballroom for 120 to 150 guests. Each venue has an exclusive ceremony space, and the commodore's packages carry an evening from a waterfront ceremony through cocktails and dinner across rooms. Wedding coordination covers venue selection, layout, timelines, menu tasting, and day-of work. A planning meeting is scheduled at least three months before the event, and an open house is held Saturdays from 9 to 11 AM with no appointment needed. Catering and bar service must be purchased through the club, and décor vendors come from its preferred list.

The spa and salon sit at 180 Pier 1 Road, with the spa open Sunday and Monday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Wednesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and the salon open Wednesday through Saturday. Spa facilities include a relaxation room, a fireplace lounge, private treatment rooms, Himalayan stone saunas including a private two-person sauna, and dipping pools. Prices are starting prices, and long hair adds $15 to salon services. Facials are for guests 16 and older, while massage and body treatments are for guests 18 and older. Cancellations need 24 hours notice to avoid a full fee.

Dining includes Knoxie's Table in The Inn, which serves coastal Maryland cuisine, and The Market, which serves breakfast and lunch with a coffee bar, bakery, and gift boutique. Vue Rooftop Lounge on the fourth floor of Wilson's Cove is open Wednesday through Sunday and serves sushi-inspired small plates and cocktails. Relaxation Hour at the spa runs Wednesday through Friday from 5 to 6 PM and includes the relaxation room, saunas, Therabody goggles, and a glass of champagne.
