Hair is a large part of the menu. Every cut and style service includes a signature hair treatment and a blowdry. Color is ammonia-free, applied as all-over color, root-to-retouch, or toning gloss, and highlights range from face-frame and partial foils to hand-painted balayage. Keratin smoothing treatments for frizz come in a 6-week and a 16-week version, with pricing that differs depending on whether an apprentice or a master performs the service. A Malibu C detox add-on uses vitamin C to remove mineral and product buildup. For added length and volume, the salon partners with Aqua Hair Extensions and offers five methods, including I-tip, fusion, weft, tape and clip-in, with a 21-day process for creating the extensions.

Beyond hair, the salon offers classic, hybrid and volume lash sets and fills, lash lifts, brow lamination and tinting, and a range of body, facial and intimate waxing. Intimate waxing is limited to guests with vaginas, and technicians match the gender of the guest. The site advises at least a quarter inch of hair growth, no shaving for two to four weeks beforehand, and gentle exfoliation of the area. Guests who are menstruating may book, and tampons are supplied in the restrooms. Manicures, pedicures, gel and Gel X nails, and makeup application, trials and lessons are also on the menu.

Booking policies: a card is kept on file for every guest, and guests are notified before any charge. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; missed or late-cancelled reservations are charged 50% of the booked services. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and guests more than 10 minutes late should call, with rescheduling for lateness charged 50% of the scheduled services. According to the salon, Cherry payment plans are available, including a buy-now, pay-later option with no hard credit check.
