The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. A 15-minute consultation is free. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the website.

Clients have a 24-hour window to cancel an appointment. Cancellations outside that window are charged a $50 fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service fee and must pay for the desired service before any future appointments can be rebooked.
