Chella's approach puts natural nail health first, alongside careful craftsmanship and results meant to last. Nail health is assessed at the start of each appointment, and a different service may be suggested if it would suit the nails better. Each visit is tailored to the design the client has chosen, from classic, timeless elegance to bold custom work.
The core service is the Russian manicure, a dry manicure with cuticle refinement and nail preparation. Solid or French finishes and custom art can be added with a hard gel overlay. Hard gel extensions begin with a Russian manicure, followed by sculpted hard gel extensions; sets are designed to last about three to four weeks with proper care. Pedicures, a men's Russian manicure, and acrylic or soft gel soak off (offered only as an add-on to a new service) round out the menu.
Bookings are secured with a non-refundable $50 deposit, paid through Zelle or Venmo at booking and applied toward the total. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; deposits are forfeited for shorter notice or no-shows. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Hours are Thursday and Friday from 11:30 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, with the studio closed Monday through Wednesday and on Sunday.
