Brow services start with a simple wax at $30, which takes about 15 minutes and requires a $15 deposit. The Brow Wax & Tint, from $65 and taking an hour or more, combines a cleanse, brow mapping, a custom tint and a choice of wax, razor or tweezing. The tint is described as lasting up to a week on the skin and four or more weeks on the hairs, so the service is booked every four weeks. Brow Lamination, from $95, is booked every six to eight weeks and includes a cleanse, lamination, mapping, a custom tint or stain and a choice of hair removal. Between visits, the 4 Week Lami Maintenance at $65 adds a wax, tint and OLAPLEX conditioning for returning clients three to four weeks after a lamination. Brow Refresh at $55 is limited to clients whose wax and tint was within the last three weeks.
Lash services include the Korean Lash Lift, from $45, which lifts and tints natural lashes without extensions. Lash Lift Maintenance, at $65, uses a nourishing treatment and tint rather than a perm solution and is meant for clients three to four weeks after a lift. Lash extensions start at $170 and take three hours or more. Styles include Classic Wet Set, Hybrid, Volume, Light Volume and Wispy Volume, and the style is chosen at a consultation where inspiration photos are welcome. The business says every set is customized to the client's eye shape. Fills come in three tiers: Essential at $100, Signature at $125 and Luxe at $150. Anything more than three weeks after the last lash appointment is booked as a full set. Lash removal is $40 and uses a gel or cream remover. A 24 Hour Patch Test at $20 includes a lash bath and three to ten extensions on each eye, for clients prone to allergic reactions. If a client has an allergic reaction to lash services, a complimentary removal is offered.
Waxing has eleven options starting at $6. Rescue Treatment, at $20, adds steam and professional ingrown hair extraction. The Hydro Jelly Mask, from $10, is a cooling mask for after waxing. The Ice Globe, at $15, is a 15-minute ice cold massage, and the business says it tightens and plumps skin, reduces the look of pores, puffiness and redness, and brightens the complexion. Permanent jewelry is custom-fit, clasp-less chain made from 14k gold filled and sterling silver, and the business says it will not turn, tarnish or rust. Studio appointments start at $25 with six options. Private permanent jewelry events start at $400 with a minimum of six guests at $100 each, plus a $45 travel fee; each guest receives a bracelet or anklet, and charms are sold separately. Private parties at the studio start at $400 for a minimum of four guests at $100 each.
Memberships are billed monthly. Essential is $180 a month and includes two one-hour lash fills, priority booking and 10% off brow services. Signature is $200 a month with two 90-minute lash fills, priority booking, 10% off brows and a free birthday brow wax. Luxe is $260 a month with two two-hour lash fills, priority booking, 15% off brows, one free brow wax each month, a free birthday brow lamination and a free lash kit when joining. The Prestige Brow & Lash Duo package, at $180, combines brow lamination and a Korean lash lift for a saving of $40. Membership and package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the Services page.
Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the total at the end of the service, and a valid card must be on file to book. The balance is paid at the appointment by cash or Zelle, and Venmo, Cash App, cards and Apple Pay carry an extra $5 fee. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full booked fee. There is a 10-minute grace period, and children may attend only when receiving a service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval required beforehand. No refunds are given, and prices can change without notice. Lash supplies are sold through a separate Instagram shop account.
The business says every lash set is fully customized to the client's eye shape, with the style agreed at a consultation.
