Services are grouped into brows, lashes and waxing. Lash fills are priced by type and timed to when extensions are typically due, and they require more than 40% of the extensions to still be in place. Ombre brows are a semi-permanent pigment treatment with a soft, powdery finish, and the studio sells yearly touch-up packages to keep them maintained.

Bookings are made online through GlossGenius. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments are charged 50% of the service price. Business hours are Sunday from 9 AM to 2 PM, with the studio closed the rest of the week.
