The salon's stated aim is for every guest to leave feeling like a friend. Its services range from precision haircutting and custom color to dimensional blonding, balayage, lived-in color, extensions and advanced color techniques, along with eyebrow, lip, chin and sides-of-face waxing. The salon says it precisely color-matches extensions to each client's hair and bases extension pricing on manufacturer market price, with tariff fees included.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling later incurs a $35 fee, which is added to the next visit. After a missed appointment with no notice, a deposit of 50% of the scheduled services is required before another visit can be booked, and if a second appointment is missed without notice, that deposit is forfeited. For some future bookings, the full amount may be requested when the reservation is made.
