The facial menu is built around HydraFacial and microdermabrasion, each offered as a 30-minute or 60-minute session. The 30-minute HydraFacial and microdermabrasion are priced at $190, and the 60-minute versions at $225 include one enhancement, one finisher and manual and vortex extractions. A Custom Facial starts with a double cleanse and enzyme exfoliation, then is tailored with enhancements and finishers. The Oxygen Facial uses pure oxygen with enzymatic botanicals. Mini Glow is a 30-minute option at $150 with one finisher and no manual extractions. Glow Up facials are 60-minute sessions starting at $205 that combine a base facial, one enhancement and one finisher; a HydraFacial or microdermabrasion base adds $20. Chemical peels are a 30-minute option at $180, and the business notes they involve little to no downtime and may cause mild shedding afterward. Laser facials are priced at $1,120 for a four-session package, or $770 for members.
Clients are offered a private treatment room where they choose the music, the light level and how much they want to talk. Facials do not use steam, and clients stay comfortably dressed. During 60-minute treatments the esthetician does a skin analysis; separate consultation visits are not offered. Treatments can be adjusted for clients who are pregnant or nursing, and that should be noted on the treatment form. Estheticians may use lancets, extractor tools, ultrasonic cavitation and high frequency during facials at no added cost. New hires begin in Glow Academy, the business's training program on medical-grade devices. The business describes itself as LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender-safe space, and says it has performed more than 40,000 facials.
Appointments can be changed up to 36 hours ahead; later changes or cancellations carry a $50 fee, and a missed appointment without notice is charged a $100 no-show fee to the card on file. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened or rescheduled. The business does not offer refunds, and clients with concerns are asked to write to info@chateauglowskin.com. Physical gift cards do not expire but cannot be replaced if lost and are non-refundable. A referral program gives both the referrer and a new client $30 credit after the new client's first treatment, capped at $500 per client per calendar year.
Treatments are built from a base facial plus optional enhancements and finishers, and products are described as clean, clinical skincare. The business does not carry products tested on animals.
Private treatment rooms where clients set the music, lighting and level of conversation.
