Brows and Beauty Lounge is a woman-owned studio in Brooklyn that works across brows, lashes and permanent makeup. The salon says it has more than 12 years of experience in the wedding and fashion industries, and it lists Glamsquad, Priv and MAC among the clients it has worked with. It also runs an academy that teaches the studio's Korean lash lift and brow lamination methods.

Services are by appointment only. Clients can book same day or join a waitlist. Some bookings require a deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, and Afterpay payment is offered. The studio has parking, and a train station is two blocks away.

Brow shape mapping comes with every brow service. Brow Rehab is a fit for first-time guests, people whose brows have been over-plucked, and anyone who isn't sure which service to choose. Permanent makeup sessions start with a numbing cream. Each guest gets single-use tools and an aftercare kit. Permanent makeup isn't advised for people who are pregnant or nursing, or for anyone with inflamed or infected skin. Before a procedure, guests are asked to disclose their medications, medical conditions and any earlier brow tattoos.

Wedding and special-event makeup is also offered. A free Zoom consultation is available, and pricing is handled through an email inquiry.

Brow shape mapping is included with every brow service, using the golden ratio for facial proportions, and the salon says it was the first brow studio to offer mapping this way. Permanent makeup uses single-use, disposable supplies for each client.
