The manicure and pedicure menu is organized into named levels. The Bijou is the simplest and can be done with no polish or with non-toxic or gel polish. The Lulu adds a massage with house-made organic lemon butter. The Charme is the studio's signature service and adds a reflexology-inspired massage, lemon butter and a cocoa butter wrap. Hot Stone pedicures use warmed basalt stones in a foot and leg massage. The non-toxic lacquer dries in about five minutes without UV or LED light, and the Dazzle Dry System is a gel-like finish that the studio says lasts up to two weeks and removes like regular polish.

For nails that are weak, brittle or peeling, the Non Toxic Nail Rehab manicure uses a ridge filler and non-toxic polish. The Nail Rescue manicure fuses the top layers of the nail plate and adds structure gel and gel polish, and the studio offers it especially after acrylic removal. The studio does not work with or remove acrylics, dip, hard gel, Gel-X or other artificial enhancements, so those must be fully removed before the visit. Clients who arrive with them still on are charged the full service cost and the service is not performed.

Booking is by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted, though the studio may try to fit last-minute requests. A credit card is needed to book and hold an appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for multiple services or groups. Listed durations are maximums. The studio is open Wednesday through Monday from 10am to 6pm and is closed Tuesdays. There is no front desk, so calls and texts to 253-327-1960 may go to voicemail. Clients receive a complimentary wine or beer during nail services.

The studio also offers Charme Events, which brings event services to Tacoma, Seattle, Bellevue, Gig Harbor, Olympia and surrounding areas. These include nail parties held at the client's event site, photo booths, floral backdrops, hair tinsel and gem bars, and beer and wine pour service.

The studio cleans sterilizable tools, seals them in pouches and autoclaves them, and discards single-use files and buffers after each client.
