Pricing is by time rather than by the number of lashes. The studio says it applies as many lashes as it can within the booked time. A full set takes about two hours and a touch-up about one hour. Each client is seated in a private room for the application. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early without eye makeup, and late arrivals do not get extra time.
Every extension is a premium matte silk rather than mink, and each one is attached to a single natural lash with a medical-grade adhesive. The studio makes and uses its own CHARM glues, primers and cleansers, which it describes as safe for sensitive eyes. Its CHARM Alhambra lashes have a clover-shaped base with four concave surfaces.
The studio says it puts integrity and honesty first and tailors each service to the client through a consultation. It also lists Lash Pro training courses: the Classic course at $1800, the Volume course at $1800 and the Pro+ course at $1000.
